Accessing SPED Information in Aware

Access to Sped Information in Aware

  1. Open Chrome
  2. Select “rcisd.org Bookmarks” from the bookmark bar.
  3. Select “Eduphoria”
  4. Type in your email and password.
  5. Select “Aware”.
  6. Click on the “Students” tab to the left of the screen.
  7. Type in the student’s name and click search.
  8. Click on the student’s name.
  9. Click on the Forms tab.
  10. Change the date in the right hand side to “2014-2015”.
  11. Scroll down and locate the current Sped information. (This may include an IEP, BIP, testing information, area of disability, and/or 2 pages of accommodations/modifications.)
  12. Click view to the right of the document you wish to view.
  13. When finished viewing the documents, complete the Verification and Receipt and Teacher Knowledge and Skills Survey.
  14. Email the completed form to the student’s case manager.
